Manager, Inside Sales
Job description
About the role
You will own the full performance of a team of approximately 8 Account Executives within our growing European presence in London. This role is your primary responsibility for one of the most critical growth levers in the business: developing elite talent that consistently outperforms expectations. You will not merely supervise activity; you will architect and lead a high-performance sales organization where every new hire elevates the team, every coaching interaction sharpens execution, and every strategic decision is rooted in data and insight. You will coach in the work itself, intervening early to diagnose pipeline health before it becomes a forecasting risk and to develop future leaders before formal promotions are required. Ultimately, your success will be defined not only by your team's quota attainment but by the measurable strength of your team, the quality of your pipeline, and the caliber of leaders you develop over time.
