- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to facilitate seamless project execution and address any technical challenges.
- Conduct regular project status meetings with stakeholders to communicate progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as necessary.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical project management, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering results.
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and practices, including design, analysis, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards, including safety and quality assurance protocols.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative while also being a team player.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
