BILL is seeking a Senior Manager to oversee Risk Portfolio and Strategic Initiatives. What you'll do
- Spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive risk portfolio strategy to safeguard and enhance BILL's financial position.
- Champion cross-functional collaboration by partnering with Finance, Product, and Operations to identify, assess, and proactively mitigate enterprise-level risks.
- Synthesize intricate risk data and financial metrics into compelling narratives and executive-grade reports that drive informed decision-making at the highest levels.
- Architect and lead strategic initiatives focused on process optimization, risk framework enhancement, and the implementation of best-in-class risk assessment methodologies.

Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a closely related quantitative field.
- Possess a minimum of five years of progressive experience in risk management, financial analysis, or a strategic business operations role.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of analyzing complex, large-scale datasets and distilling findings into clear, concise presentations for C-suite stakeholders.
- Exhibit exceptional project management competencies, with a history of successfully delivering multiple complex initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Showcase outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade senior leadership without direct authority.
- Have a strong history of building and maintaining effective working relationships across diverse teams and departments.
