You will analyze existing applications and data to diagnose and resolve reported problems, assessing technical feasibility and estimating development effort based on detailed business specifications. This role requires providing technical solutions that remain tightly aligned with strategic business objectives while supporting ongoing agile transformation initiatives. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, business systems analysts, database administrators, and QA teams to troubleshoot issues and implement system improvements.

What You'll Do
Using Azure DevOps, you will champion the implementation of best practices, focusing specifically on Azure DevOps metrics such as burndown tracking, cycle time optimization, and velocity reporting to monitor and improve application performance. You will investigate and resolve complex application issues, designing and maintaining robust application architectures that support security, scalability, and high availability standards. You will develop and enhance solutions using C#, JavaScript, HTML, .NET Core, and ASP.Net, with a strong emphasis on C#.Net and SQL Server, utilizing Entity Framework to manage data interactions and streamline database operations.
A core responsibility involves evaluating and documenting technical requirements to ensure feasibility before full-scale development begins. You will collaborate with business systems analysts to translate business needs into clear technical specifications and deliverables, while working alongside database administrators to optimize database performance and ensure data integrity. You will partner with QA teams to define test scenarios, reproduce defects, and validate fixes prior to production deployment. Maintaining detailed documentation for applications, processes, and configurations will be essential to support future maintenance and upgrades. You will also coordinate with subject matter experts to gather insights and align technical solutions with organizational goals, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying bottlenecks and recommending process or technology enhancements, all while operating from the designated facility at 2121 N. Requirements
To qualify for this position, you must possess a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, as stipulated in the source documentation. The role requires a minimum of two years of experience in the job offered, in positions such as Senior Software Engineer, Technical Consultant, or related roles. Additionally, you must have two years of specific experience in C#, JavaScript, HTML, .NET Core, ASP.Net, C#.Net, SQL Server, and Entity Framework.
You must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship for employment visa now or in the future. Candidates must reside in California at the time of hire and maintain California eligibility for employment, as confirmed by the official work location in California.
