What you'll do

Execute meticulous cleaning protocols for public spaces including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and conference areas to maintain an impeccable standard of hygiene.

Perform routine inventory checks and restocking of essential housekeeping supplies, ensuring seamless continuity of service without interruption.

Conduct thorough inspections of assigned areas to identify maintenance issues, safety hazards, or cleanliness deficiencies and report them promptly.

Provide courteous and professional assistance to guests and housekeepers, responding to requests with efficiency and a positive demeanor.

Operate cleaning equipment and tools in accordance with safety guidelines to ensure personal safety and the longevity of equipment.

Uphold strict compliance with health regulations and company standards, translating policies into consistent daily practices.

Collaborate effectively with the housekeeping team to support deep cleaning tasks and turnover preparations for incoming guests.

Maintain detailed awareness of the property's specific standards to ensure all tasks align with brand expectations for quality and presentation.

Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling and task prioritization to address the dynamic needs of the property during peak operational hours.

Act as a steward of the environment by properly handling and disposing of waste in accordance with sustainability and safety protocols.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age to ensure compliance with employment regulations and safety standards.

Possess the legal right to work in the United States, providing necessary documentation for verification as required by company policy.

Be capable of performing physical tasks that may include prolonged standing, bending, lifting supplies up to 50 pounds, and repetitive movements.

Demonstrate the ability to follow detailed instructions and communicate effectively both independently and within a team setting.

Adhere to a reliable attendance record and maintain a professional appearance at all times while representing B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group.

Commit to working a consistent schedule, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on operational demands.
