Requirements
- Hold an active, unencumbered license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Mental Health Counselor.
- Possess a Master's or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Have a minimum of 3+ years of post-licensure experience in mental health counseling or a related field.
- Be capable of providing clinical services without direct supervision, exercising full professional autonomy.
- Maintain current professional liability insurance specific to telehealth practice throughout employment.
- Reside in the United States and have a private, secure workspace suitable for conducting confidential sessions.
- Ensure a stable, high-speed internet connection that supports reliable video conferencing and data transfer.
