Requirements

• Hold a current, fully independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Mental Health Counselor.
• Possess a Master's or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Demonstrate a minimum of 3+ years of post-licensure mental health counseling experience in a clinical setting.
• Provide therapy exclusively without the requirement or presence of clinical supervision.

• Demonstrate strong written communication skills for clear and effective interaction with clients and platform documentation.
• Be available to serve clients, including evenings and weekends, based on platform demand and client scheduling needs.
• Meet state-specific eligibility criteria, including licensure in Kentucky, Indiana, Maryland, New York, or Washington D.C. for enhanced compensation tiers.
• Function as an independent contractor, managing your own caseload, client relationships, and practice decisions.
• Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines, scope of practice, and professional standards governing digital mental health delivery.
• Recognize that interns, supervisees, and substance abuse counselors are not eligible to provide services through this platform at this time.
• Understand that roles are not available for school counselors, registered nurses, career counselors, or business coaches without an additional mental health license.
• Commit to serving adult, couple, and adolescent populations exclusively, as outlined in the platform service model.
