You are the primary clinician responsible for developing treatment plans, conducting assessments, and ensuring continuity of care for your clients. Your work directly shapes the client experience and platform reputation through the quality of your therapeutic relationships. You exercise full clinical autonomy over diagnosis, intervention, and documentation within established standards. What you'll do

Act as an independent owner of your caseload, balancing volume, complexity, and self-care effectively.
Requirements
You must hold a current, fully independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist.
You bring a minimum of 3+ years of post-licensure mental health counseling experience in a direct service capacity.
You possess a Master's or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
You are authorized to provide therapy independently without the requirement of supervision in your state of licensure.
You maintain professional liability insurance specific to telehealth or mental health practice.
You reside in the United States and have stable, high-speed internet connectivity that supports secure video sessions.
You have a private, quiet, and professional workspace that ensures confidentiality during sessions.
You demonstrate excellent written communication skills for documentation, client education, and interprofessional collaboration.
You are currently residing in the US and able to comply with all platform policies and regulatory requirements.
