Requirements
You hold a current full independent license such as LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, Psychologist, or PsyD.
You bring 3+ years of hands-on experience in clinical practice before joining.
You hold a Master's degree or higher in a relevant mental health field.
You can commit to 30 hours weekly at consistent times when scheduled.
You work 25-35 hours on the platform each week for a full year at the stated compensation.
You reside in and are licensed in Washington, Maryland, New York, or North Dakota for the first client bonus.

Position Qualifications
Experience: A minimum of 3 years in prior clinical roles is mandatory.
Education: A Master's degree or higher is required.
