Key facts

What you'll do

• Lead the planning and implementation of projects within the KEAN framework, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with various departments, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
• Facilitate regular project meetings to communicate updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns from stakeholders.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management, highlighting key milestones and any challenges encountered.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and that expenditures remain within approved limits.
• Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging open communication and the sharing of ideas among team members.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, addressing inquiries and maintaining strong relationships.
• Utilize project management software and tools to track progress and document project activities effectively.
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement, contributing to the overall efficiency of project management practices within the organization.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the technology or software development sectors.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a talent for presenting information clearly and concisely.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Trello.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Project Management, or Engineering.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Experience working in an international or multicultural environment.
• Familiarity with the KEAN framework or similar project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of software development processes and lifecycle.
• Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
