Founding Sales Enablement
Job description
Founding Sales Enablement at Basis Ai.
About the role
You will architect and own the entire sales enablement strategy for Basis, establishing the foundational programs that accelerate new sellers to full productivity. You will codify and own the playbooks, messaging frameworks, and competitive narratives that define how Basis sellers engage with the market. This role requires you to build the training curriculum and certification programs that convert complex product capabilities into actionable seller behaviors. You will establish the measurement framework for enablement impact, tracking ramp time, win rates, and rep productivity to iterate on programs. You will partner directly with sales leadership to ensure enablement content reflects the evolving needs of the buyer and the product. This position demands you build the enablement function from scratch while simultaneously executing hands-on content creation and training delivery. You will be the central owner of the knowledge and skills that empower the sales organization to win.
