About the role

In this position, you will own the technical backbone of our go-to-market engine, guaranteeing that the revenue technology stack operates without friction. You will report directly to the Revenue Operations Lead and partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to keep our commercial infrastructure aligned with rapid growth. The role demands a hands-on administrator who can translate business requirements into scalable system configurations. What you'll do
- Architect and sustain the CRM environment by configuring user profiles, permission sets, record types, and complex automation logic using Flow Builder or equivalent tooling.
- Orchestrate and monitor bi-directional integrations across the GTM ecosystem leveraging native APIs, Zapier, Workato, or Tray.io to ensure real-time data consistency.
- Design and enforce data governance frameworks covering deduplication rules, enrichment workflows, and validation constraints to maintain high-fidelity records.
- Build and iterate on executive-grade dashboards and custom report types that power forecasting accuracy, pipeline inspection, and cohort analysis.
- Act as the primary escalation point for system issues, triaging tickets from Sales, Marketing, and CS while documenting root causes and resolutions.
- Execute new hire provisioning and offboarding workflows, including license assignment, role configuration, and security compliance checks.
- Manage the sales engagement layer (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo) by optimizing sequences, monitoring deliverability, and syncing activity data back to the CRM.
- Partner with Finance and RevOps leadership to model territory assignments, quota capacity planning, and routing logic inside the CRM.
- Lead quarterly system audits to identify technical debt, unused fields, and performance bottlenecks, presenting remediation roadmaps.
- Evaluate and pilot emerging GTM technologies, running proof-of-concepts to assess ROI before full organizational rollout.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, data dictionaries, and runbooks to enable knowledge sharing and reduce bus factor.
- Collaborate with the product team to surface customer feedback loops from the CRM into the product development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Three to six-plus years administering GTM systems, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations inside a B2B SaaS company.
- Deep expertise in either Salesforce or HubSpot administration, including advanced Flow construction, custom object modeling, and security architecture.
- Hands-on track record configuring sales engagement platforms such as Outreach or Salesloft alongside data providers like Apollo, Clay, or ZoomInfo.
- Demonstrated success stitching together disparate platforms using iPaaS solutions including Zapier, Workato, or Tray.io.
- Obsessive attention to data hygiene with a history of implementing standardization, validation rules, and enrichment strategies.
- Mandatory ability to commute to the Manhattan Flatiron office five days a week.
- Strong project management skills with the capacity to juggle concurrent system initiatives and stakeholder requests.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for translating technical concepts to non-technical revenue stakeholders.
