About the role
You will own the end-to-end commercial journey for strategic Enterprise accounts within the rapidly evolving communications market. This role requires you to drive new client acquisition by leveraging the full suite of Bandwidth's voice, messaging, and connectivity solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding prospects through complex migrations of critical cloud-based communications services. Success in this position hinges on your ability to build cross-functional relationships and navigate sophisticated organizational landscapes. You will collaborate closely with internal leadership to refine market positioning and influence product perception. The problems you solve here are larger and more complex because we own the network and operate at global scale. This is a pivotal role in shaping how the world connects as communications increasingly converge with AI.

What you'll do
Develop and expand the Enterprise sales segment of our business in partnership with Bandwidth sales leadership.
Own the full sales cycle for assigned prospect accounts, guiding opportunities from initial discovery through commercial and contractual negotiations.
Partner with prospective accounts to facilitate their migration of voice, 911, and messaging solutions into cloud-based environments.
Collaborate with the Sales Development team to generate strategic pipeline opportunities and ensure a robust flow of qualified leads.
Identify and cultivate new account relationships using inbound leads, outbound prospecting, account mapping, and other internal resources.
Provide feedback to internal stakeholders alongside leadership to support improved market positioning and solution refinement.
Navigate multiple levels within target accounts by building cross-functional relationships with IT, operations, and executive sponsors.
Proactively manage your sales pipeline, ensuring opportunities are accurately inputted and consistently updated in the system.
Maintain a deep understanding of Bandwidth's solutions and their application to the operational, regulatory, and customer needs of organizations.
Stay informed on emerging technology and communications trends that impact Bandwidth's value proposition and competitive edge.
Leverage your expertise to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for decision makers.
Build trusted relationships with director-level and above executives in IT, operations, procurement, and digital transformation.
Utilize a consultative selling approach to uncover client challenges and align Bandwidth capabilities to their strategic goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and support experiences for new enterprise clients.
Champion the Bandwidth brand by articulating the benefits of owning the network and the advantages of AI-ready infrastructure.
Requirements
You must possess 5+ years of sales experience selling technical products into Enterprise organizations or selling CPaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS, or telecom technologies.
You must demonstrate a track record of meeting or exceeding new logo sales quotas consistently over time.
You must have the ability to build relationships with director-level and above decision makers within IT, operations, procurement, and digital transformation teams.
You must have strong prospecting skills with a history of generating new opportunities and exposure to the full closing sales cycle.
You must possess a solid understanding of technical concepts and the operational complexities of integrating new communications technologies.
You must have strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working effectively with legal, product, solutions, marketing, and other internal teams.
You must be able to navigate complex organizational structures and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
You must be comfortable managing a high volume of opportunities and maintaining meticulous pipeline hygiene.
You must be committed to upholding Bandwidth's standards and values in every client interaction.
Nice to have
Experience collaborating with Channel Partners to drive new opportunities.
Knowledge of telecom technologies such as SIP.
Bachelor's degree or higher.
