What you'll do
- Lead the Group Controlling function, overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with corporate strategy.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models that support strategic decision-making and long-term planning.
- Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to the executive team and board of directors, providing insights into financial performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage the investor relations strategy, ensuring effective communication with current and potential investors regarding financial performance and company strategy.
- Coordinate quarterly earnings calls, investor presentations, and annual reports, ensuring clarity and transparency in all communications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor performance to provide actionable insights that inform strategic initiatives.
- Lead a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial reporting.
- Act as a key point of contact for external auditors and regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and standards.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in finance, controlling, or investor relations, preferably within a publicly traded company.
- Proven track record of leading financial planning and analysis functions, with a strong understanding of financial modeling and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to diverse audiences, including investors and senior management.
- Strong analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to identify trends and insights from financial data.
- Experience managing a team, with a focus on mentoring and developing talent within the finance function.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, as well as advanced Excel skills; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
