What you'll do

• Lead the negotiation, drafting, and execution of Master Service Agreements and Statements of Work for hospital and large healthcare system clients.
• Draft and review Business Associate Agreements and Non-Disclosure Agreements to ensure strict adherence to healthcare privacy and security standards.
• Provide practical legal guidance to marketing teams to ensure all advertising and promotional content complies with applicable statutes and regulatory requirements.
• Draft and manage supply and distribution arrangements for pharmaceuticals and medical products.
• Advise on market access strategies by drafting and reviewing agreements with Pharmacy Benefit Managers, payers, and Group Purchasing Organizations.
• Partner with managed care experts to influence supply chain management and specialty pharmaceutical contracting methodologies.
• Support negotiations with wholesalers to align distribution terms with the operational needs of hospital systems.
• Review and analyze rebate and discount structures to confirm alignment with current federal and state pricing regulations.
• Serve as the primary legal liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors or payers.

Requirements
