Implement scalable solutions for lien data management and modernize containerized .NET workloads.
Lead production incident responses and refine runbooks to improve service continuity.

Support the complete collateral lifecycle by maintaining stability across registration, amendment, search, and discharge processes.
Contribute to the modernization of the CMS platform through containerization and .NET runtime upgrades.
Participate in on-call rotations to address live production issues and ensure rapid resolution.
Requirements
Possess a minimum of three years working with .NET Core and SQL Server.
Demonstrate proficiency in diagnosing intricate issues across distributed production environments.
Create precise documentation that underpins operational processes and supports knowledge transfer.
Work effectively with cross-functional teams to uphold service level agreements and meet business objectives.
Interface with Angular frontends and RESTful service designs while maintaining strong API contract discipline.
Maintain a strong focus on reliability, stability, and security when managing financial collateral data.
Collaborate transparently with product, development, platform, and database teams during change evaluation and incident response.
Adhere to established processes for release and patch support, ensuring minimal disruption to production systems.
Apply sound engineering judgment when implementing solutions that impact lender-facing services and regulatory compliance.

You will join a small, high-impact support team composed of engineers, a product owner, and an engineering manager. You will be responsible for the operational health of key platform components, contribute to incident response and reliability improvements, and help elevate quality standards through thorough troubleshooting, documentation, and sound engineering judgment. The role is an individual contributor position focused on maintaining the reliability, stability, and operational health of CMS services. It involves hands-on work within a single team or service area, supporting production systems and driving continuous operational improvement. The position works across the full stack, including Angular frontends, .NET (Core, .NET 6+, and .NET 8) services, and SQL Server. It delivers KTLO and business-as-usual outcomes such as incident response, production troubleshooting, runbook maintenance, release and patch support, and reliability enhancements under guidance.
