The following position exists within the Collateral Management (CMS) team. This team is responsible for a national technology solution. It enhances lien and registration services, recovery operations, and insolvency management for Canadian lending institutions.

Auto Repossession & Remarketing

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join this critical function. The selected candidate will take end-to-end ownership of initiatives. They must thrive in environments with uncertain requirements. The role involves constructing systems that hold significant importance for our organization. This position is classified as AI-first in its approach. This does not refer to naming conventions. It describes a practical methodology. You will continuously assess where artificial intelligence can improve processes. This includes large language models and agentic tools. • Design resilient build pipelines that integrate CMS modules, ensuring the continued stability and performance of the AutoTrader.ca platform under national-scale operations.
• Champion rigorous review practices that validate data flows across our network of Canadian lender interfaces, ensuring integrity and compliance.
• Coordinate ship schedules for collateral management features to guarantee the reliability and availability of the dealer portal on a national level.
• Forge partner integrations that align our recovery services with external loan processing ecosystems, facilitating seamless data exchange and operational continuity.
• Guide architecture decisions for AI-first repossession routing logic, leveraging strategic technical planning to optimize outcomes.
• Establish real-time status visibility for stakeholders, providing transparent and timely insights into system performance and operational status.
• Validate system behavior under load, conducting thorough testing to confirm reliability, scalability, and robustness in production environments.
