Primary Responsibilities

A core duty involves leading architecture reviews where SMS, RCS, email, and push notifications are evaluated for cohesion within a single journey. You must justify how each channel contributes to a unified and effective plan.
Creating highly tailored demonstrations forms another key function. You will construct real-time scenarios that exhibit personalization logic and behavior-driven outcomes for specific use cases. You will also manage the implementation handoff, ensuring the transition from contract signing to deployment remains coherent and free of disruptions.
Building partner narratives is essential for extending the reach of joint solutions. You will align messaging with ecosystem allies so that combined offerings are presented clearly to target buyers. Post-launch reviews fall within scope, requiring you to analyze performance metrics and identify factors that drive success. This analysis directly feeds into product evolution. You will also own the creation of thought leadership content that highlights retention marketing outcomes for enterprise decision-makers.

At least three of those years should be spent in positions specifically focused on ESPs or retention marketing platforms. A strong grasp of technical infrastructure is mandatory, including proficiency with APIs and SFTP. You must be fluent in programming languages such as JavaScript or Python.
The ability to communicate intricate concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences is critical. A track record of managing long-cycle, high-stakes B2B sales engagements is relevant.
