About the role
You will own the end-to-end success of large-scale enterprise insurance engagements from initial kickoff through long-term maturity. You will serve as the primary trusted advisor to our carriers, guiding them through complex operational and technical transformations. You will drive the implementation of claims processing solutions that span self-service portals to advanced fraud detection systems. You will ensure that every engagement aligns with the strategic mission of modernizing insurance through technology. You will act as the central orchestrator between our cross-functional teams and our high-value clients. You will leverage your insurance industry background to build credibility and deliver tangible business outcomes.

What you'll do
- Drive end-to-end enterprise implementations by orchestrating onboarding programs for large insurance clients to ensure delivery excellence and stakeholder alignment.
- Manage program timelines and executive reporting with precision, providing clear communication and milestone tracking for high-impact accounts.
- Resolve complex operational and technical challenges by partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and customer stakeholders to achieve strategic outcomes.
- Serve as the Voice of the Customer by capturing insights from insurance customers and advocating for their operational and technical needs internally.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with customer stakeholders across claims, operations, innovation, and technology teams to act as a strategic advisor.
- Partner with leadership to refine tools, metrics, and methodologies, continuously improving customer experience and delivery excellence at scale.
- Translate intricate insurance workflows into coherent plans that bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution.
- Own the governance structure for engagements, ensuring that documentation, communication cadence, and risk management are rigorously maintained.
- Identify opportunities to leverage data and automation to streamline claims processes and reduce manual overhead for carrier teams.
- Champion best practices for change management and training to ensure adoption and success across client organizations.
- Collaborate with Sales to develop compelling narratives and proof points that demonstrate the value of our solutions during the procurement cycle.
- Proactively manage risks and issues, escalating appropriately while maintaining transparency and confidence with executive stakeholders.
Requirements
- Demonstrate experience managing enterprise-scale implementations and/or customer programs for multimillion-dollar accounts.
- Bring experience working within or alongside the P&C insurance industry, including insurtech, claims technology, carrier organizations, or insurance-focused SaaS platforms.
- Develop familiarity with claims workflows and insurance operations to build credibility and communicate effectively with carrier stakeholders.
- Exhibit a basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and data exchange formats such as JSON to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- Master complex cross-functional relationships across customer success, implementation, product, engineering, and executive stakeholders.
- Show a bias for action and ownership, with the resilience to navigate challenges and deliver results in dynamic environments.
- Embrace a builder's mindset, passionate about creating structure, defining best practices, and scaling processes as the organization grows.
- Maintain strict adherence to company policies regarding confidentiality, data security, and compliance with client agreements.
