This Vice President, Affordable Housing role is based in Portland, OR; and Seattle, WA. It is an onsite position focused on leading teams and managing risk across multifamily and affordable housing portfolios. The annual compensation for this role is $130,000.00. You will own the complete lifecycle for housing communities, driving strategy and execution from resident contact to final delivery. Decisive judgment and hands-on oversight will elevate the portfolio and partners. You will steer portfolio performance by aligning budgets, forecasts, and operational metrics for sustainable growth. Orchestrating intake workflows will verify eligibility, collect documentation, and initiate service plans promptly. Constructing compliant housing solutions will involve coordinating inspections, vendors, and maintenance scheduling. Reviewing performance data will identify gaps, enabling corrective actions and refined resident services. Shipping finalized reports and deliverables will meet regulatory deadlines and stakeholder expectations. Partnering with finance, legal, and community groups will align assets with strategic objectives. Guarding financial integrity will require rigorous timesheet validation, payroll accuracy, and budget controls. What you'll do

- Champion fair housing regulations and safety protocols to ensure consistent policy application across all managed sites.
- Manage teams using consistent methods and company guidelines for hiring, coaching, and professional development initiatives.
- Document counseling sessions, performance evaluations, and salary requests for review by senior leadership and human resources.
- Approve timesheets to verify accuracy for vacation, sick time, and hours, ensuring valid signatures and compliance.
