Asset Living is seeking a Marketing Associate to join their team in Phoenix, Arizona. This role supports the marketing department in developing and executing campaigns that promote the company's brand and services to target audiences. The Marketing Associate will be involved in a variety of day-to-day marketing activities, including content creation, campaign coordination, and performance tracking. What you'll do
- Assist in planning and coordinating marketing campaigns across multiple channels and platforms to reach target audiences effectively.
- Support the creation and editing of content for both digital and print marketing materials and promotional collateral.
- Help manage social media accounts on a daily basis and monitor engagement metrics to track overall performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather necessary information for developing marketing assets and materials.
- Assist in organizing promotional events, product launches, trade shows, and other marketing-related activities within the local Phoenix community.
- Track and report on campaign performance data using standard analytics tools and reporting dashboards on a regular basis.
- Contribute creative ideas for improving existing marketing strategies and expanding the company's outreach efforts over time.
- Help maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing communications, materials, and outreach channels.
- Support the development and scheduling of email marketing campaigns along with managing subscriber distribution lists carefully.
- Assist in researching current market trends, consumer behavior patterns, and competitor activities on an ongoing basis.
- Help prepare detailed presentations and summary reports for leadership review and cross-functional stakeholder discussions.
- Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure timely fulfillment of various marketing project needs.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a closely related field is required for this position.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for creating compelling marketing content and collaborating with team members.
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meet established deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
- Proficiency with standard office productivity software and common business tools is expected as part of daily responsibilities.
