- Create and execute innovative marketing campaigns, including social media initiatives, digital advertising, and community outreach, to increase social media engagement and attract potential residents.
- Develop detailed 30-60-90-day action plans for properties that are not meeting occupancy targets, outlining specific steps to improve performance.
- Present strategic recommendations and marketing plans confidently to operations teams and property owners, clearly articulating the potential benefits, risks, and expected outcomes.
- Travel approximately 50% of the time to visit properties, attend industry conferences, conduct training sessions, and meet with clients and team members to ensure alignment and execution of marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners to ensure marketing materials and campaigns are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and new marketing tools or platforms to keep strategies current and effective.
- Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across campaigns and initiatives.
- Support the creation of marketing collateral, including digital content, flyers, signage, and other promotional materials.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
- Foster strong relationships with community organizations, local businesses, and media outlets to enhance community engagement and brand awareness.
- Contribute to the development of branding guidelines and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
- Collaborate with leasing teams to develop promotional offers, events, and campaigns that drive traffic and leasing activity.
- Assist in planning and executing community events and open houses to increase resident engagement and visibility.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the properties' features, amenities, and competitive advantages to craft compelling marketing messages.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience supporting marketing functions, preferably within property management, real estate, or a related industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging.
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Familiarity with digital consumer experiences and online reputation management.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Analytical skills to interpret data, generate insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience working with property management software such as Yardi, Onesite, or Entrata is a plus.
- Prior experience in real estate property management or leasing support roles is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with vendors, community partners, and internal teams.
- Ability to handle multiple deadlines and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time for property visits, industry events, and training sessions.
