What you'll do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketing specialists, to create intuitive and visually compelling web interfaces.
• Design and prototype user interfaces for web applications, ensuring a seamless user experience across various devices and platforms.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback, which will inform design decisions and improve overall user satisfaction.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in web and digital interface design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, or Figma.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience with responsive design and familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous work, including examples of web interfaces and user experience projects.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and functional designs.

Nice to have

• Experience with animation and motion design to enhance user interactions.
