What you'll do
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and maintaining office supplies to ensure a productive work environment.

- Provide training and support to junior administrative staff, helping to cultivate a collaborative and knowledgeable team environment.
- Monitor office equipment and coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed, ensuring that all tools and resources are functional and available for use.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a corporate or professional services environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
- Experience in budget management and financial reporting is a plus.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
