What you'll do
- Architect and drive the multi-year product roadmap for enterprise-grade data governance and platform-level infrastructure.
- Oversee the comprehensive lifecycle of customer data, engineering sophisticated controls for secure deletion, data recovery, and long-term governance.
- Act as the primary product lead in cross-functional collaborations with Engineering, Design, Security, Legal, Compliance, Support, and Go-to-Market teams to ship high-impact enterprise solutions.
- Design and implement administrative policy controls that facilitate the safe, scalable deployment of AI features across complex organizational structures.
- Optimize the underlying governance infrastructure to enhance system reliability and scalability while simultaneously reducing manual operational burdens.
- Proactively monitor the global regulatory landscape to translate emerging legal requirements into actionable product features and compliance workflows.
- Define and track key performance indicators related to platform stability, the adoption rate of governance features, and overall enterprise customer trust.
- Translate intricate technical protocols and data relationship models into , high-craft user experiences for IT administrators.
- Manage competing investment priorities by balancing immediate enterprise needs with long-term platform technical debt and innovation goals.
- Facilitate executive-level alignment and stakeholder communication to ensure product initiatives remain synchronized with broader company objectives.
Requirements
- A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in a Product Management capacity, ideally within a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Deep subject matter expertise in B2B enterprise platform solutions, specifically regarding identity management, authentication systems, or regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data architecture into accessible, user-friendly administrative workflows.
- Proven track record of managing product strategy across diverse, cross-functional teams and navigating the complexities of organizational decision-making.
- Exceptional communication skills with a history of building consensus, resolving inter-departmental conflicts, and presenting strategic roadmaps to leadership.
- Experience in the tactical sequencing of platform initiatives, with a focus on delivering high-craft Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) that provide immediate value.
- Strong analytical capabilities to evaluate trade-offs in system design, security protocols, and feature prioritization.

- Salary range: $176,000 - $200,000 CAD for Senior level or $211,000 - $240,000 CAD for Principal level.
