Staff Product Manager, Enterprise Resource Management
Job description
About the role
You will own the end to end strategy and execution for Asana Resource Management as it evolves into a proactive, agentic platform that fundamentally changes how large organizations handle staffing and capacity. You will define the product vision for global capacity planning, skills based staffing, time tracking, and utilization reporting while establishing clear roadmaps that move the offering from reactive tracking to predictive, AI driven operations. You will lead the exploration of what Resource Management looks like as a reimagined agentic product, determine the ideal buyer personas, and shape pricing and positioning strategies for a potential standalone commercial offering. You will partner deeply with cross functional teams including Product Design, Engineering, Data Science, and Product Marketing to validate market opportunity and deliver AI driven capabilities that automate operational overhead. You will leverage emerging technologies such as AI Teammates to monitor utilization in real time, flag staffing risk before it impacts delivery, and recommend rebalancing across teams and projects. This role is based in our New York office with an office centric hybrid schedule where you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to turn strategic questions into actionable product decisions.
