Architect end-to-end workflows, designing intricate integrations that connect Asana with a diverse landscape of enterprise tools and systems.

Create technical proof-of-concepts and minimum viable products to validate platform value and de-risk complex implementation scenarios.

Champion platform capabilities by constructing reusable assets, compelling demonstrations, and detailed instructional guides for internal teams.

Elevate the entire Solutions organization by codifying knowledge and enabling scalable adoption of best practices across all customer engagements.

Conduct in-depth technical discovery sessions to uncover nuanced customer requirements and underlying business challenges.

Translate ambiguous findings into scalable solution designs that are robust, secure, and aligned with ambitious customer transformation roadmaps.

Serve as the "eyes in the field" for product development, synthesizing insights from global enterprise engagements to influence API and AI development.

Refine sales approaches through data-driven storytelling, crafting narratives that highlight tangible workflow transformation and deep platform capabilities.

Lead complex proof of concept efforts from initiation to closure, rigorously validating technical feasibility and quantifiable business value.

Develop visual workflow diagrams that map current states to future states, providing clarity and alignment for multi-stakeholder initiatives.

Illustrate integration within complex, heterogeneous tech stacks, ensuring architectural diagrams reflect real-world enterprise environments accurately.

Identify repeatable technical patterns and architectural blueprints, transforming them into global assets that accelerate solution delivery.

Enable self-service capabilities across revenue organizations by creating intuitive resources and playbooks that reduce dependency on centralized support.

Partner directly with Product Management and Engineering, providing critical feedback and shaping the long-term platform strategy and product roadmap.

Champion the use of emerging technologies, ensuring the solutions architecture remains at the forefront of industry innovation and best practices.

Requirements

You bring 6 to 10 plus years of progressively responsible experience in technical customer-facing roles, such as solutions architecture or consulting.

Demonstrated architecture and consulting experience is essential, with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex systems.

You successfully manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives from initial discovery through to final implementation and adoption.

You possess the ability to influence internal roadmaps and executive priorities while maintaining firm commitments to external customers.

You script using Python, JavaScript, or Node.js to automate processes, build tools, and create custom integrations.

Designing integrations using RESTful APIs and serverless services, such as AWS Lambda, is a strict requirement for this position.

You anticipate obstacles before they arise, proactively identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Articulating intricate technical and business ideas to cross-functional stakeholders, including non-technical audiences, is a core and daily skill.

You work independently, taking full ownership of outcomes and demonstrating strong self-direction in dynamic, shifting environments.

You present bold, visionary narratives to executive audiences, focusing on strategic value and long-term business impact.
