What you'll do

• Lead the global operations of accounting, billing, revenue, and controllership, ensuring seamless integration across all functions.
• Serve as a Section 16 Officer, ensuring adherence to financial integrity and compliance with public company regulations.
• Oversee the timely execution of financial closes and reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Product, and Finance, to develop scalable financial systems that support business objectives.
• Create and uphold robust internal controls and accounting policies that align with industry standards and best practices.
• Mentor and nurture a diverse finance team, fostering an inclusive environment that promotes professional growth and development.
• Analyze financial data and trends to provide actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making at the executive level.
• Drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness within the finance department, leveraging technology and innovative solutions.
• Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and US GAAP, staying updated on changes in the regulatory landscape.

Requirements

• Proven executive experience in a role such as Chief Accounting Officer or Controller within a publicly traded organization.
• In-depth knowledge of SEC regulations and US GAAP, with a track record of compliance and financial integrity.
• Capability to fulfill the responsibilities of a Section 16 Officer, demonstrating a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders effectively.

• The base salary for this position ranges from $370,000 to $436,000, reflecting the importance of this role within the organization.
