What you'll do

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, industry partners, and regulatory bodies, to support business objectives.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate strategy, business development, or a related field, preferably within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industries.
• Proven track record of successfully leading strategic initiatives that drive business growth and enhance competitive positioning.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data and market insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in negotiating and managing strategic partnerships and collaborations.
• A deep understanding of the biotechnology landscape, including regulatory considerations, market dynamics, and emerging trends.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• A Master's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
