What you'll do
Source and evaluate candidates by screening resumes against role requirements on radio and audio campaigns, hedge funds, venture capital, and private equity. Coordinate initial outreach and scheduling with interested candidates to streamline hiring for portfolios and fund families. Refine position profiles and selection criteria in collaboration with hiring managers for direct lending and structured products. Update pipeline status and communicate with stakeholders to align on talent needs for our platform. Document interview logistics and candidate details to move selected professionals efficiently through the process.
Requirements
Hold a bachelor's degree as specified in the degree requirement from the source.
