About the role
You will own the full sales cycle for a portfolio of enterprise clients, driving new business and expansion within the financial services sector. You will lead a team of Account Executives, setting the strategy and tone for how we acquire and serve customers. You will translate complex product capabilities into clear value propositions that resonate with investment professionals. You will foster a culture of accountability, coaching, and continuous improvement within your sales pod. You will act as a critical bridge between customer needs and internal product execution. You will ensure that our go-to-market motion is efficient, data-driven, and aligned with company objectives. You will mentor high-potential reps and build a sustainable pipeline that fuels long-term growth. You will represent the voice of the customer to internal stakeholders to refine our market fit.

What you'll do
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan that targets financial services firms and drives predictable new ARR.
Own and exceed team quotas by managing a robust pipeline and ensuring accurate forecasting across all Account Executives.
Coach Account Executives on discovery techniques, demo delivery, and negotiation to elevate the quality of every customer interaction.
Analyze outbound performance data to refine targeting, messaging, and sequencing for maximum efficiency and response rates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with investment advisors, institutional investors, and key stakeholders at client organizations.
Run weekly pipeline reviews and deal strategy sessions to identify blockers, clarify next steps, and accelerate deal progression.
Partner with the Partnerships team to identify co-selling opportunities and align on joint go-to-market initiatives.
Collaborate with Product and Operations to synthesize customer feedback and prioritize improvements to the Arch platform.
Recruit, interview, and onboard top-tier sales talent to ensure the team has the skills and capacity to win.
Establish clear activity standards and reporting cadences to maintain visibility into team performance and health.
Inspect deal execution to ensure compliance with playbooks and to surface best practices across the organization.
Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts to increase wallet share and deepen platform adoption.
Create enablement materials and playbooks that equip the team to handle complex sales scenarios with confidence.
Champion a culture of learning by debriefing calls and sharing insights that improve the overall sales methodology.
Requirements
You have 3+ years of frontline sales management experience with direct responsibility for a team quota and predictable results.
You have 8+ years of cumulative sales experience with a documented history of consistent quota attainment and over-performance.
You have managed and coached Account Executives within a SaaS or technology sales environment, developing early and mid-career talent into top performers.
You operate with high rigor in forecasting, pipeline management, outbound activity tracking, and opportunity inspection.
You have a proven ability to build accountability within your team and develop structured career paths for sales professionals.
You can coach effective discovery, consultative selling, outbound prospecting, and strategic pipeline generation.

Practical notes
This role is based onsite in New York City, requiring daily presence in the office to enable close collaboration and rapid decision-making.
