About the role
You will lead and develop a team of Client Implementation Specialists and Operations Associates, setting clear goals, coaching for performance, and fostering a collaborative, high-achieving culture. You will implement Arch for large enterprise clients, coordinating with internal stakeholders and client teams to tailor deployments to client objectives and drive successful adoption. You will partner closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure alignment on client requirements, product capabilities, and project deliverables, acting as the connective tissue across teams to keep work unblocked and outcomes on track. You will drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for automation, process optimization, and best practices that increase efficiency and client satisfaction throughout the implementation lifecycle. You will build and manage detailed project plans that translate client needs and timelines into clear milestones, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery against enterprise commitments. You will champion the client's voice, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and providing exceptional service and ownership throughout the implementation journey. You will institutionalize learnings by converting implementation insights into updated policies, procedures, and playbooks, documenting them for future teams to leverage and scale. You will support periodic evening and weekend work as part of our operating rhythm to meet client service level agreements and maintain momentum.

- Champion the client's voice by building strong relationships with key stakeholders and providing exceptional service throughout the implementation lifecycle.

- Support periodic evening and weekend work as part of our operating rhythm to meet client service level agreements and maintain delivery commitments.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide feedback from implementation activities that inform product enhancements and roadmap priorities.
- Monitor project health, identify risks early, and coordinate corrective actions to keep implementations on schedule and within scope.
- Develop and maintain strong documentation of implementation processes, configurations, and decisions to ensure consistency and repeatability.
- Work closely with client leadership to understand strategic priorities and ensure Arch implementations directly support their business outcomes.
- Track and report on implementation metrics to identify trends, drive improvements, and demonstrate value delivered to clients.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Arch workflows and capabilities, enabling other teams and new hires through training and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 1 - 3+ years of people management experience.
- 3+ years of proven experience in project management or software implementation.
- A leadership mindset and appetite to shape outcomes in a growing company.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with senior stakeholders.
- Experience thriving in high-volume or high-growth environments.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a bias for action, making sound calls and keeping momentum.
- Advanced Excel skills for analysis, tracking, and reporting.
- Must be able to work onsite in New York City for the duration of the role.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship at this time.
- Must commit to standard working hours as defined by our New York City office operations.
- Must be available to support occasional evening and weekend work to align with client SLAs and critical deployments.
- Must adhere to Arch's policies on confidentiality, data handling, and professional conduct at all times.
- Must be willing to learn and apply Arch's platform, processes, and tools during implementation engagements.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with the alternative investment ecosystem and the mechanics of investing in private equity, hedge funds, or private companies.
- Background in private banking, investment management, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of SQL for querying and troubleshooting data.
Practical notes
This is an onsite role based in New York City, where our team thrives on in-person collaboration and dynamic teamwork. Most full-time roles are based onsite, and this position requires daily presence at our New York City office to enable strong connections and fast execution. For select roles, we are also open to candidates based in Boston, but this specific posting is for New York City only.
