About the role
You will serve as the hands-on owner of Revenue Operations at Arch, driving strategy and execution across Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships while building scalable processes and systems to fuel company growth. You will mentor, coach, and develop a team of 2-3 direct reports, fostering a high-performing and collaborative RevOps culture that thrives on data-driven decisions. This role requires deep partnership with leadership across GTM, Finance, and Operations to help shape business strategy and drive scalable organizational performance. You will own weekly, monthly, and quarterly GTM reporting, ensuring timely, accurate, and actionable insights across the entire funnel from pipeline to retention. As the primary administrator and architect of the GTM technology stack, you will configure and optimize tools such as Salesforce and related systems to enable efficiency and transparency. You will spearhead strategic initiatives including territory planning, account segmentation, target account analysis, and end-to-end sales operations optimization. You will help optimize the structure of the GTM organization as the business scales, aligning roles, workflows, and capacity with growth objectives. You will build and maintain scalable operational processes, systems, and reporting infrastructure that bring clarity and control to the revenue organization. You will develop competitive account lists and identify opportunities to improve GTM efficiency, effectiveness, and cross-team alignment. You will ensure RevOps systems and workflows operate as a well-oiled machine, removing friction and enabling predictable execution across teams.

- Partner closely with leadership across GTM, Finance, and Operations to help shape business strategy and drive scale across the organization.
- Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly GTM reporting and ensure timely, accurate, and actionable business insights across the funnel.
- Act as the primary administrator and architect for the GTM technology stack, including Salesforce and related systems.
- Drive strategic initiatives including territory planning, account segmentation, target account market analysis, and overall sales operations.
- Help optimize the structure of the GTM organization as the business scales.
- Build and maintain scalable operational processes, systems, and reporting infrastructure across the revenue organization.

- Ensure RevOps systems and workflows operate as a well-oiled machine across teams.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Finance, Product, and Leadership teams to improve alignment and execution.
- Analyze pipeline and booking trends to surface insights that inform GTM decisions and enable data-driven growth.
- Standardize RevOps definitions, documentation, and playbooks to create consistency and clarity across teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Revenue Operations experience, including significant hands-on ownership of Salesforce, forecasting, GTM systems, analytics, and process design.
- Experience leading and managing high-performing RevOps or GTM Operations teams.
- Strong strategic thinking capabilities paired with a willingness to execute in the details.
- Deep understanding of GTM operations in a B2B SaaS or high-growth technology environment.
- Proven ability to build scalable reporting infrastructure and operational processes.
- Strong analytical and systems-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude with a builder mentality.
Nice to have
- Have familiarity with financial services, fintech, wealth management, or alternative investments.
- Have experience at a Series B or similarly high-growth startup.
