You will join a specialized recruiting team focused on hiring talent to protect our infrastructure, models, and personnel. This role requires deep domain expertise to engage effectively with security professionals and translate complex hiring needs into successful search strategies. Key facts

Team: Security What you'll do
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruiting for security roles, from initial intake to offer negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define search requirements, calibrate candidate bars, and build effective sourcing strategies.
- Develop and maintain pipelines of passive security talent.
- Partner with Recruiting Operations and hiring managers to design and refine interview loops, take-home assessments, and evaluation scorecards.
- Build domain fluency to conduct credible technical discussions across security disciplines like cryptography, compliance, and detection engineering.
- Provide data-driven market insights to hiring managers to influence hiring decisions.
- Coordinate with Compensation, People Partners, and Mobility teams to structure and finalize equitable offers.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive roles and candidate data. Requirements
- Extensive experience in full lifecycle recruiting, specifically supporting security, infrastructure, or highly technical engineering teams.
- Ability to hold substantive technical conversations regarding cloud security, application security, identity, compliance, or detection and response.
- Proficiency with Greenhouse or similar applicant tracking systems and modern sourcing tools.
- Proven experience partnering with hiring managers on intake and interview architecture.
- Strong independent judgment regarding candidate quality and the ability to manage complex searches autonomously.
- Demonstrated interest in Anthropic's mission and the importance of a security function.
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a relevant field. Nice to have
- Experience recruiting within high-growth technology, AI, or machine learning environments.
- Practical knowledge of the security credential landscape and the ability to distinguish between meaningful and non-essential certifications.
- Experience hiring for incident response, threat intelligence, insider risk, or physical security.
- Background in building or improving recruiting processes, market maps, and interview architectures.
- Comfort using LLMs to assist with research, sourcing, and market mapping. Skills & tools
