About the Role
The Project Coordinator is responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of projects within the firm. A critical function involves initiating the review process. You will compare completed work against established internal standards, identify any gaps or deviations, and request revisions to ensure quality. Coordination of the final ship phase is essential, requiring validation of readiness, confirmation of all documentation, and support for the controlled release of products or services to clients.
The role necessitates the establishment and maintenance of partner links. This involves aligning handoffs between departments, managing status updates for stakeholders, and maintaining visibility across the project portfolio. You will also maintain intake health by refining data collection forms, correcting inaccuracies in existing data, and reducing the volume of rework required by consultants.
Tracking build progress is a daily duty. Requirements
