What you'll do

Requirements
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or a closely related technical field from an accredited institution.
You must have a proven track record of managing structural engineering projects for renewable energy sectors such as solar, battery storage, and high voltage applications.
A minimum of eight years of progressive experience in structural engineering is required for this position.
You should hold a current Professional Engineer (PE) license in good standing, demonstrating your commitment to professional practice.
Strong knowledge of relevant building codes, engineering standards, and safety regulations is mandatory for ensuring design compliance.
Exceptional leadership skills are essential for managing and developing a team of structural engineers effectively.
Excellent communication abilities are required for interfacing with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional project teams.
