About the role
You will manage amplitude.com to drive self-serve growth and enterprise pipeline through strategic site updates and user journey optimization. This role places you at the center of the marketing technology stack where you own the end-to-end performance of the primary growth surface. You will partner with dedicated web engineers and designers to translate business objectives into high-converting digital experiences. A core part of your responsibility involves integrating AI-native workflows into your daily operations to accelerate execution and insight generation. You will leverage first-party data signals to inform decisions that move the funnel from awareness to conversion. This position requires a strong sense of product empathy to ensure the website serves both novice users and enterprise evaluators effectively. - Utilize AI tools such as Claude, Claude Cowork, and Claude Code to draft content, summarize findings, and automate repetitive tasks for greater efficiency.
- Monitor the health of the funnel by auditing key pages for speed, accessibility, and user experience to maintain a high standard of quality.
- Partner with Sales to create targeted journeys for enterprise prospects, ensuring the website supports complex evaluation and procurement processes.
- Maintain governance over content taxonomy and SEO strategy to ensure discoverability and alignment with brand standards.
- Translate business requirements into actionable tickets for the web team, balancing scope, timelines, and impact.
- Establish reporting dashboards that visualize experiment results and content performance for stakeholder review.
- Continuously test hypotheses about user behavior, using qualitative and quantitative signals to drive long-term improvements to the site.
Requirements
- Bring 2 to 3 years of professional experience in web growth or corporate website management within a tech, SaaS, or AI company.
- Demonstrate a proven ability to scope and prioritize tasks while partnering effectively with engineering and design teams.
- Show a track record of running A/B tests and implementing conversion optimization strategies on marketing or product-focused websites.
- Exhibit strong data literacy, using quantitative signals to guide decisions and communicate outcomes to non-technical stakeholders.
- Have hands-on familiarity with headless CMS platforms such as Sanity, Contentful, or Prismic, including content modeling and API workflows.
- Communicate clearly and persuasively while collaborating across functions with Sales, Product, and Marketing leadership.
- Understand the fundamentals of web analytics, including event tracking, funnel analysis, and cohort evaluation.
- Display ownership and bias for action, balancing speed with thoughtful experimentation and quality assurance.
