What you'll do
Conduct comprehensive reviews of non-standard transactions to guarantee strict adherence to revenue recognition, legal, and operational policies and controls.
Design, evolve, and implement deal desk policy, pricing frameworks, and approval processes, moving beyond mere operation within existing structures.
Serve as the mandatory collaboration partner with Legal and Finance teams to secure approvals and structure complex non-standard terms.
Utilize Salesforce proficiency, specifically strong CPQ experience, to navigate comfort with data and complex, high-value deal scenarios.
Demonstrate familiarity with channel selling models and transactions originating through cloud marketplaces as an essential function of the role.
Act as the senior decision-maker on the ground, exercising comfort with ambiguity to drive outcomes in fast-paced, high-stakes scenarios.

Requirements
Significant experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or a similar deal strategy role within a SaaS or subscription-based enterprise-scale transaction environment is mandatory.
Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously and make independent decisions is required, particularly in international, remote, or distributed-team settings away from core leadership.
Designing and evolving deal desk policy, pricing frameworks, and approval processes is a mandatory capability, not merely operating within them.
Proven collaboration with Legal and Finance on non-standard terms and approvals is essential for success in this position.
Salesforce proficiency, with strong CPQ experience, and comfort working with data and complex deal scenarios is essential.
