What you'll do
- Own the ERP Partner motion end-to-end, handling cold outreach to ERP implementers, activation workflows, and ongoing relationship stewardship.
- Map the entire Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, NetSuite, and Sage ecosystems to identify high-value implementation partners and integration opportunities.
- Design and execute structured activation sequences that guide new ERP partners from initial contact to active referral generation.
- Serve as the primary Alternative Payments representative at major ERP industry events such as Directions North America and Community Summit.
- Partner closely with internal Sales and Marketing teams to build joint campaigns that amplify the impact of ERP partnerships on pipeline creation.
- Analyze partner performance and market feedback to propose improvements that evolve the ERP partnership motion into a scalable model.
- Document playbooks and best practices that codify the partner onboarding and enablement process for future expansion.
- Mentor junior team members and share expertise to elevate the overall capability of the Partnerships function.
- Identify and nurture high-intent relationships within the ERP community to build a robust referral network over time.
- Maintain detailed records of all partner interactions to inform strategic decisions and track progress against growth targets.
Requirements
- You must have 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales and/or partnerships roles in a professional setting.
- You must have a proven track record in outbound sales motions including cold outreach, pipeline generation, and building relationships from zero.
- You must have familiarity with ERP ecosystems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, NetSuite, or Sage, with existing relationships with ERP implementers being a strong plus.
- You must demonstrate strong communication and relationship-building skills with the emotional intelligence to develop complex, trust-based partnerships over time.
- You must possess a proactive, highly organized mindset with the ability to operate independently and solve problems without a predefined playbook.
- You must be eligible to work in Canada and be based in Toronto or Vancouver on a regular basis.
- You must be available for regular travel as required for this position.
- You must be comfortable representing a company at industry conferences, networking events, and partner-facing gatherings.
