What you'll do
Host center tours and onboard new clients to introduce them to services and expectations.
Validate the accuracy of center schedules to support consistent service delivery.
Maintain employee certifications and credentials to support regulatory and operational needs.
Manage document management for clients and employees to organize records and information.
Adhere to budget requirements for center purchases to control costs and support planning.
Maintain and recognize staff birthdays and organize team-building events to support morale.
Requirements
Must be willing to relocate to the assigned location in the Austin metro area upon promotion to full-time Center Operations Manager.
Must be willing to travel to multiple locations across Texas as needed.
Must submit to a federal, state, and county background check.
Must have a Bachelor's degree.
Must have 6+ years of relevant experience.
Must manage a large team and have experience holding teams accountable.
Must demonstrate strong attention to detail and meticulous note-taking.
Must have sound understanding of health insurance systems and related jargon.
Must show compassion and high emotional intelligence when working with families of children with developmental delays.
Must possess strong written and oral communication skills.
Must be self-motivated and results-driven in pursuing goals and projects to completion.
Must be level-headed, approachable, and a collaborative team player.
Must uphold integrity through professional, energetic, and organized work habits.
Must be comfortable wearing different hats and taking initiative to get things done.
