What you'll do

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and translate them into technical specifications for our solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities of our technology to prospective clients.
• Provide technical support during the sales process, addressing any questions or concerns that arise from potential customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical sales or solutions engineering role.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles, demonstrating the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and SaaS solutions is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel within the ANZ region as required to meet clients and attend events.

• Experience with specific programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
