What you'll do
- Develop and execute comprehensive market entry strategies tailored for Kazakhstan and its neighboring regions, ensuring alignment with TikTok's global objectives.
- Take charge of regional sales targets, consistently aiming to exceed expectations and drive revenue growth.
- Cultivate and maintain a diverse portfolio of high-value relationships with agencies and advertisers, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Actively expand your professional network within the digital advertising community across Kazakhstan and the CIS, enhancing collaboration opportunities.
- Collaborate with fellow Client Partners in the region to formulate and implement effective revenue growth strategies.
- Organize and lead educational seminars and workshops aimed at elevating local advertising standards and practices.
- Work closely with internal teams to guarantee the delivery of high-quality products and ensure client satisfaction at every touchpoint.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform strategic decisions and optimize advertising campaigns.
- Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on data analysis, helping them achieve their advertising goals.
- Represent TikTok at industry events and conferences, showcasing the platform's capabilities and benefits to potential clients.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to maximize effectiveness.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay abreast of the latest trends in digital advertising and technology.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in digital advertising or media sales, with a strong emphasis on achieving sales targets.
- Exceptional ability to build and nurture long-term relationships based on trust and mutual benefit.
- Strong analytical skills, with the capability to translate market data into actionable business strategies.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and Keynote for effective presentation and reporting.
- In-depth knowledge of the advertising landscape in Kazakhstan and the CIS region, including key players and market dynamics.
- Professional fluency in English, with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Established connections within the advertising ecosystem, including top agencies and advertisers in Kazakhstan.
