What you'll do

• Deliver high-quality instruction in finance across various undergraduate and graduate courses, ensuring that course content is relevant and up-to-date.

Requirements

• A Ph.D. in Finance or a closely related field is required for the Full Professor and Associate Professor positions; a Master's degree may be acceptable for the Assistant Professor role.
• A proven track record of teaching excellence at the university level, with experience in both undergraduate and graduate courses.
• Demonstrated research capabilities, with a history of publications in peer-reviewed finance journals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
• Experience in curriculum development and program assessment is highly desirable.
• A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive academic environment for all students.
• Familiarity with current trends and technologies in finance education and research methodologies.
