What you'll do

• Deliver engaging and informative lectures in various management disciplines, including but not limited to organizational behavior, strategic management, and human resource management.
• Develop and implement innovative course materials and curricula that reflect current trends and practices in the field of management.
• Supervise and mentor undergraduate and graduate students, providing guidance on academic and professional development.
• Conduct original research in management, contributing to academic journals and conferences, and enhancing the university's reputation in the field.
• Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects and initiatives that promote academic excellence and community engagement.
• Participate in departmental and university committees, contributing to the governance and strategic planning of the institution.

Requirements

• A terminal degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) in Management or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• A proven track record of teaching excellence at the university level, with a minimum of three years of experience in higher education.
• Demonstrated research capabilities, with publications in reputable academic journals and presentations at professional conferences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, faculty, and industry stakeholders.
• A commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion within the academic environment.
• Experience in curriculum development and assessment, with a focus on innovative teaching methodologies.
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and educational technology is highly desirable.
