- Organize and participate in outreach activities to promote the school's programs and attract prospective students from diverse backgrounds.
- Serve as a liaison between the school and external stakeholders, including alumni, industry leaders, and community organizations, to strengthen partnerships and support.
Requirements
- A terminal degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) in Engineering, Computing, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in higher education, with at least 5 years in an administrative leadership role.
- Proven track record of successful program development and implementation in an academic setting.
- Strong understanding of accreditation processes and quality assurance in higher education.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion within the academic environment.
- Experience in budget management and resource allocation in an academic context.
- Ability to inspire and motivate faculty, staff, and students to achieve their full potential.
- Familiarity with current trends and challenges in engineering and computing education.
