Requirements

• A terminal degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) in Engineering, Computing, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in higher education, with at least 5 years in an administrative leadership role.
• Proven track record of successful program development and implementation in an academic setting.
• Strong understanding of accreditation processes and quality assurance in higher education.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion within the academic environment.
• Experience in budget management and resource allocation in an academic context.
• Ability to inspire and motivate faculty, staff, and students to achieve their full potential.
