Requirements
- Large-scale engineering efforts across multiple teams, for example 5 7+ teams, are led.
- Complex, multi-year roadmaps with many interdependent systems and requirements are managed.
- Distributed systems and system design focused on reliability, scalability, and fault tolerance are demonstrated deeply.
- High-availability systems, such as 99.99% uptime, are driven and reliability standards are enforced.
- At least 2-3+ years of engineering management experience, with prior experience as a software engineer, is brought.
- Structure is set, teams are aligned, and execution is driven across large programs.
- Work across multiple parallel workstreams is coordinated with clear ownership and accountability.
- Strong judgment is exercised in prioritization, tradeoffs, and delivery under constraints.
- A high standard for engineering quality, operational excellence, and accountability is maintained.
