Senior Software Engineer
Job description
About the role
You will own the full lifecycle of production-grade AI features within the SignNow suite, translating ambiguous product opportunities into reliable technical solutions. You will architect and implement agentic workflows, orchestration layers, and scalable AI pipelines that power next-generation document intelligence. You will evaluate and select frameworks, balancing innovation with robustness to ensure deterministic and non-deterministic flows meet strict SLAs. You will collaborate with product and design to refine requirements, define system boundaries, and translate business needs into maintainable code. You will partner with data scientists and platform teams to operationalize models, turning experimental capabilities into performant user experiences. You will establish engineering standards for AI components, including testing, monitoring, and observability across the stack. You will mentor engineers on best practices for building reliable, secure, and scalable AI-powered products. You will continuously assess emerging technologies and drive their adoption where they deliver measurable business outcomes.
