About the role

What you'll do
Analyze market data, industry trends, and competitive dynamics to pinpoint investment priorities and growth areas for the Strategic Partnerships team across APAC, providing a clear view of where effort will yield the highest return. Use data tools to evaluate partnership performance and recommend actions that improve results, ensuring that each recommendation is grounded in measurable impact and aligned with business objectives. Collaborate with internal groups including B2B, White Label, Affiliates, Financial Institutions, Product, Marketing, Supply, and Finance on cross-functional initiatives, bridging gaps between teams to maintain a unified approach to strategic goals. Build and refine a performance management framework for the department, supporting a large account management team by establishing the metrics and processes that enable effective oversight and execution. Oversee data infrastructure to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of information, laying the foundation for reliable analysis and reporting that stakeholders can trust. Design and maintain reporting tools that inform decision-making, creating dashboards and artifacts that translate raw data into clear, accessible insights for both operational and executive audiences. Prepare business performance updates, proposals, and recommendations for senior leadership, distilling complex analyses into concise narratives that highlight opportunities, risks, and expected outcomes. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in consulting, data analytics, strategy, business development, business intelligence, or a related discipline, providing a foundation in structured problem-solving and business analysis.
- Demonstrated skill in applying quantitative methods to break down ambiguous problems and deliver clear recommendations, using data to drive logic and conclusions.
- Comfortable working hands-on across multiple functional areas, engaging with diverse topics and teams without relying on narrow specialization.
