About the role

You will manage the development of PLC programs and HMI systems for our industrial robotics solutions. This role places you at the center of translating complex automation requirements into robust software and interface solutions. You will own the full lifecycle of control system development from initial specification through final delivery. A significant portion of your work will involve hands-on commissioning at customer locations to validate functionality and performance. Requirements

• Hold a degree or equivalent qualification in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, automation, or industrial engineering.
• Bring several years of professional experience focused specifically on PLC programming within demanding industrial environments.
• Demonstrate a proven track record in commissioning complex systems and troubleshooting issues in field conditions.
• Exhibit advanced proficiency in HMI development, fieldbus systems, and the integration of control architectures.
• Accumulate substantial experience working within actual production or plant environments where uptime is critical.
• Show the ability to travel for approximately 60 percent of the time to address domestic and international project demands.
• Maintain fluency in German and possess strong English skills to ensure precise technical communication.
• Apply meticulous attention to detail when documenting processes and validating system functionality.
• Comply with all safety regulations and project guidelines governing industrial automation deployments.
• Display strong problem-solving capabilities when confronted with unforeseen technical challenges on-site.
