About the role
This role is centered on the meticulous execution of critical financial workflows that underpin Addi's capital markets activities and liquidity management. You will be responsible for owning the daily monitoring and reporting routines that keep our borrowing base and loan sale operations running without interruption. You will tackle complex operational challenges by designing robust controls that eliminate single points of failure in our current processes. Success in this role means building the scalable operational backbone necessary for Addi's continued growth in the Colombian market. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure transparency and accuracy in all financial reporting. Ultimately, this position is about safeguarding the integrity of our data and the trust of our lenders through disciplined execution.

- Independently own end-to-end BB calculations and loan sale processes in Databricks and Excel, eliminating the current single point of failure and achieving full independent execution.
- Partner with the data team to design and transition manual balance updates into automated pipelines, targeting a measurable reduction in manual handling across high-volume Excel files.
- Maintain a lender-specific cut-off calendar, proactively flag at-risk deliverables, and build buffer into the daily workflow to deliver zero late BB submissions.
- Reorganize and standardize the Drive repository with version control protocols and filing conventions so that any CMO file can be located and verified within minutes during a lender or regulatory audit completed within 60 days of hire.
- Execute reconciliation processes between internal records and external lender statements, identifying variances and driving corrections to ensure data consistency.
- Develop checklists and runbooks for recurring operational tasks to institutional knowledge and reduce dependency on specific individuals.
- Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all documentation meets regulatory standards and lender requirements before submission.

Requirements
- Proven experience in financial operations within a bank, brokerage, or structured finance environment.
- 2-3 years working in a financial institution (bank, asset manager, brokerage, or fintech with regulated credit operations) in a role with direct exposure to capital markets or treasury operations.
- Has operated within processes that had hard external deadlines and zero tolerance for errors, think settlements, reconciliations, credit facility reporting, or similar.
- Prior exposure to Borrowing Base calculations, loan sales, or credit facility management is a strong plus; candidates coming from back-office or ops roles at banks (e.g., Bancolombia, Davivienda, BTG, or equivalent) are well-positioned for this role.
- Proven experience handling high-stakes financial data operations with zero-error tolerance.
- Has owned daily financial reporting or operational processes where errors had direct downstream consequences, cash flows, lender relationships, or regulatory filings.
- Can describe a specific instance where they caught a data discrepancy before it left the
team: what it was, how they found it, and what would have happened if it hadn't been caught.
- Prior exposure to structured finance operations (Borrowing Bases, loan sales, credit facilities) is a strong plus.
- Has solid expertise in Excel and data tools for large-scale financial file management.
- Advanced Excel: complex formulas, data validation, managing files large enough to require splitting or performance optimization, not just pivots and basic lookups.
- Ability to interpret Databricks query outputs and translate them into operational reports without hand-holding from the data team.
- SQL proficiency for data retrieval and basic scripting is a plus; willingness to learn new technologies is expected.
